FIVE – How? (How Do I Do That?) – 9:30am

This week (April 10th), Pastor Jeff began a new sermon series called “FIVE” and presented us with the first segment of the series called:
“How (How Can I Do That)”
In this presentation, Pastor Jeff utilized the words of Pumba to Simba in Disney’s The Lion King – “You gotta put your behind in the past” along with the story of Jesus and Nicodemus to discuss how like a behind, we all have a past. This past shapes us, influences us, and may even dictate our behavior.
Pastor Jeff also encouraged us to consider our past as we look toward our future with the risen Christ.

“God’s Cavalry Man”
In this presentation,Rev. Mark Winter paidtribute to the circuit riding preachers of the old frontier. Winter’s circuit rider, a fictitious Methodist parson named Obadiah Ryder IV, is based on historical sources, including the journals of several old-time preachers.
Obadiah Ryder IV is a
