UMW believes that missions are vital to the Methodist Church. They have been leaders in this endeavor for more than 130 years. UMW is actively involved in supporting the mission field of the church and take great pride in the fact that we are able to provide for one-third of each missionary's annual salary. Overall, UMW is involved with more than 100 projects ranging from orphanages to a retirement home for missionaries. There are the two United Community Centers in Ft.
