Child Development Center
Purpose and Philosophy
Our program is an extension of the church which believes one of its missions is to meet the needs of children and parents in the congregation and surrounding community.
Our purpose is to provide quality child care in a wholesome Christian environment.
We believe each child is a child of God and should have every opportunity to develop physically, intellectually, emotionally, socially and spiritually to the fullest potential.
License and Policies
The FUMC Child Development Center is licensed by the Texas Department of Protective Services. We meet all state requirements and are inspected periodically by this agency. We are licensed for 79 children, ages infant to 12 years.
Parents are welcome to visit our center at anytime to observe or visit with your child.
Observation cameras are in most of the classrooms.
You may observe your child on the monitor by checking with the director.
